By adding Pi-mon to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server.

1. What Pi-mon Does

Pi-mon is a Discord bot that helps roleplay server administrators manage masterlists, character reservations, claims, and submissions. It is provided free of charge for core features. Certain premium features may require a paid subscription in the future.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pi-mon to:

Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure
Use the bot for any unlawful purpose

3. Server Administrator Responsibilities

The server administrator who adds Pi-mon is responsible for how it is configured and used within their server. This includes ensuring that their server members are aware that Pi-mon collects and stores certain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability

Pi-mon is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

5. Access and Termination

We reserve the right to remove Pi-mon from any server, or restrict access for any user or server, at our discretion. This includes cases of abuse, ToS violations, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pi-mon and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot, including data loss, service interruptions, or any other issues.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Pi-mon may offer optional pre-filled masterlist templates that include character names and other content from third-party franchises (such as Genshin Impact by HoYoverse, and others). Where such templates are provided, Pi-mon and its operator make no claim of ownership over any such intellectual property. All characters, names, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. These templates are provided as a convenience for server administrators and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the IP holders.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Pi-mon after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
